We take great pride in the standard of our websites. As we receive a high proportion of our clients from referrals, we work very hard to ensure you are a very satisfied customer. We use a number of tools to help us achieve this goal including a work flow solution that keeps you up to date at every stage of the project and enables you to post any files images etc, and assign permissions to various members of your staff for review.

Customer Service and Support is very important to us. We provide contact telephone numbers, email addresses and a project login, so that we can provide an efficient response to support issues directly to your designer or project manager.

Your website is built using the very latest professional website building tools, we use clean code in HTML, PHP, CSS etc. We do not provide pre-formed templates, but, offer custom built websites. We believe that if you are looking for a lower end website solution you should purchase some software and build the site yourself instead of hiring a professional website designer. However our website solutions include a number of features that you will not find in related packages, particularly relating to search engine optimisation, registration and marketing.

Assuming that you require a bespoke design with interactive features, we have provided our work process below, so that you can see how we could work together.

1. You fill in initial enquiry form detailing your requirements, which of our popular website packages is most suitable, any additional features you require etc.

2. Upon receipt of this information we contact you to discuss your exact requirements.

3. We provide detailed quotation, upon acceptance of quotation and terms we invoice you 50%, which is due before the work commences. This can be paid via  Bank Transfer, Western Union, Cash or Pecunix.

4. We set up your Website Project and include a range of tasks, assigning each task to one of our designers and setting a timescale.

5. We provide you with a Workflow login, so that you can upload any images, text or information required to start building the site. This will be our communication channel, we will update you with progress reports, ask you to view first proofs etc and send you messages through the system. We can also assign other staff permissions to view certain documents etc.

6. Upon completion of the project to your satisfaction (see our guarantee) you are invoiced the remaining 50%.

7. Your website is now complete, hosted and live. You now receive your website management system, so that you can easily edit your site at anytime.

8. We archive a completed copy of your site, so that if you require any future major changes to your site we can easily provide this service to you.

At any point during our contract to complete your website project (prior to completion or up to 30 days after completion) we offer a 100% refund of funds minus any fund transfer costs.
